APM Terminals, Van Oord and Bam International have signed a $460m contract for the construction of the new Moin ContainerTerminal (TCM) in Costa Rica.
The contract is for the construction of the first phase of the 1.3m teu deepwater development, which is due to begin in the first quarter of 2014.
APM Terminals’ total investment in the Puerto Limón/Moín complex, where TCM will be built, is set to top $1bn.
