Officials from the Port of Tacoma, Port of Seattle and Totem Ocean Trailer Express will meet July 1 in Federal Way to discuss “the economic impact of port commerce in the business corridor between Seattle and Tacoma and the global marketplace.”

The meeting, hosted by the Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, will be held at the Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club, 3583 S.W. 320th St., from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Among those scheduled to speak are John Wolfe, Port of Tacoma and Northwest Seaport Alliance CEO; Bill Bryant, Port of Seattle commissioner, and Hartleigh Caine, who is responsible for daily operations, equipment maintenance and equipment control at TOTE.
