International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) has decided to terminate a deal to develop and operate a container terminal in Nigeria.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange yesterday, ICTSI said subsidiary Lekki International Container Terminal Services LFTZ Enterprise (LICTSE) and Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise (LPLE) have mutually agreed to terminate their sub-concession agreement dated Aug. 10, 2012.
Last March, ICTSI also announced its subsidiary ICTSI Oregon Inc. terminated the agreement with the Port of Portland for the operation of a container facility at the Port’s Terminal 6 in the US.
