From Port Technology:

APM Terminals (APMT) has accepted to pay millions in reparations as part of the ongoing bribery case embroiling Guatemala’s Terminal de Contenedores Quetzal, despite the bribery claims preceding the terminal operator’s acquisition of the terminal.

The scandal dates back to 2012 when a payment was allegedly made to Guatemalan officials; however APMT made a move for the terminal in 2016, meaning they bear no responsibility in the scandal.

However, APMT have still agreed to pay reparations.
