The driver of an SUV will survive after a semi-truck tipped over and the trailer landed on the vehicle, trapping the man inside.
Nearly two dozen firefighters worked to rescue the driver, using the jaws of life to pry the roof of the SUV off.
Portland fire officials told KGW the driver was talking to fire crews during the rescue. He was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Fire crews did not yet say what caused the crash.
