Cowlitz County prosecutors said they are dismissing misdemeanor charges against nine union dock workers and supporters who protested this summer at the EGT grain terminal at the Port of Longview.

In a Dec. 30 filing, prosecutors said they would dismiss second-degree criminal trespassing charges against six people arrested during a Sept. 7 protest where hundreds of union longshoremen and supporters blocked and delayed an incoming train carrying grain.
