Grand China Splits Trans-Pacific Service

Dartmouth food company sues Maersk over spoiled beef shipment

Seaway International Foods Ltd. of Dartmouth is suing Maersk Canada Inc. for breach of contract over a container-load of Australian beef that went bad when it was mistakenly left in Cleveland, Ohio.
