Lloyd’s List Daily Commercial News reported yesterday:

Representatives of Patrick and the Maritime Union of Australia will meet for a second day of negotiations today, aimed at resolving a dispute over pay and conditions for bulk and general workers.

A spokesperson for the MUA said talks with Patrick bulk and general resumed in Sydney yesterday after union members rejected the company enterprise bargaining agreement offer last week.

All parties were keeping their cards close to their chests this morning.
