Local 273 of the International Longshoremen’s Association and the Port of Saint John Employers Association have agreed on a new four-year collective agreement.
The agreement calls for a wage increase of 6.1 per cent for employees over the term of the agreement as well as an eight per cent increase toward pension and welfare contributions over the life of the contract.
