Hace poco un año, el Gobierno de Oscar Arias intervino el sindicato e impuso una nueva Junta Directiva, acción que fue declarada ilegal por la Sala Constitucional, ya que violaba acuerdos internacionales suscritos por Costa Rica.
“Ahora, nuevamente cierran las puertas del único espacio de diálogo que existe entre las partes, condicionando la negociación de la convención a la “imposición” de la propuesta del gobierno para privatizar los muelles del Caribe costarricense”, aseguró SINTRAJAP.
