The Port of Oakland announced three new additions — Isaac Kos-Read, Denyce Holsey and Marsha Peterson — to upper management, moves designed to help the port accomplish goals in its five-year strategic plan.
The port said Kos-Read was named director of external affairs; Holsey was named director of administration and Peterson was named port labor adviser.
